Informational service

This site is for informational purposes. No published rate, calculation, content, or communication is a binding offer. Every transaction is confirmed and completed at a physical branch, or through a channel expressly confirmed by Inmonex.

Rates and calculator

Amounts and rates shown are indicative, subject to availability, and require confirmation at the counter. Inmonex may update them at any time; a typographical, technical, or transmission error does not bind Inmonex.

Anti-money laundering

Inmonex may require official identification and documents about the origin of funds, set maximum amounts, and apply due-diligence measures. It may reject or suspend suspicious transactions without stating a reason. Qualifying or suspicious transactions are reported to the competent authorities when required by applicable Panamanian regulations. By transacting, you declare that your funds have a lawful origin.

Banknotes and verification

The authenticity and condition of banknotes are verified at the time of the transaction. Counterfeit or damaged notes may be retained or rejected as required by law. Once money has been counted and accepted at the counter in the customer's presence, no later claim for counting or condition is accepted.

Transactions and metals

A completed and accepted transaction is final, as set out in the Returns and refunds policy. Currency availability is not guaranteed. Metal transactions are subject to physical evaluation and are completed when the customer accepts the quote and receives payment.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, conduct abusive scraping, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access the administrative panel or protected systems. Its marks, text, design, and other content belong to Inmonex or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

News and external links

News items display headlines or summaries from external sources. Inmonex does not control or assume editorial responsibility for that content; each news page identifies the publisher and links to the original publication, which is governed by its own terms.

Liability, force majeure, and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inmonex is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, interruptions, third-party availability, or market movements. It is not liable for force majeure events. Anyone who breaches these terms must indemnify Inmonex against claims, losses, or costs arising from improper use.

Governing law, jurisdiction, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute is subject to Panama's competent jurisdiction. For legal questions, email inmonexpa@gmail.com.
